About Tom.

Tom’s journey into the world of wine and sustainability has taken him from the boardrooms of London to the vineyards of Provence, with formative years spent in Berlin, Paris, and across the world’s wine regions.

That path led him from the biodynamic vineyards of Provence to the coast of Dorset and Cornwall — through kitchens, farms, and small communities where food, wine, and culture are central to daily life.

With a Master’s in International Sustainability Management, he went on to specialise in sustainability within the drinks industry — contributing to the founding of the Sustainable Wine Roundtable and working with producers and retailers across the global supply chain.

In 2024, he founded The Vine Strategy Group to help businesses and institutions create impact through partnerships. Between the Vines brings these threads together — a platform built on creativity, collaboration, and the belief that food and drink, at their best, are about connection: to land, to people, and to culture.
